Organizational Structure and Resources
Through a core team of three directors and five associate consultants, the firm possesses the requisite capability from its highly qualified and experienced human personnel that undertakes multidisciplinary assignments within the country and across the continent. The firm is located at the Nairobi central business district in order to ensure easy access by our clients from all corners of the country and the African continent.
ECCL has qualified and competent directors, technical staff and support staff. The technical staff comprises members across several academic disciplines necessary for the undertaking of tasks under her objectives.
KEY TECHNICAL AND MANAGEMENT STAFF
Dr. Ezekiel Ndunda
He possess a PhD in environmental economics. He has over 15 years experience in consultancy services. Agricultural economics and a rich experience in advisory services.
He holds a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Environmental Economics from University of Pretoria, South Africa, a Master of philosophy degree in Agricultural Resource Economics and Management from Moi University, a Master of science specialization training in Environmental Economics and Policy, University of Pretoria, South Africa and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Engineering, University of Nairobi. He is a registered lead environmental expert with the National Environment Management Authority (NEMA), Kenya.
He has a rich experience in research, teaching and offering of consultancy services in environmental impact assessments/ audits, waste management, natural resources management and environmental, social and economic surveys. Some of the organizations/ agencies he has consulted for include Kenya for Kenya Coastal Development Project (KCDP), OSSERA PROGRAMME, IUCN/ MERECP PROGRAMME, MU-VLIR-OUS PROGRAMME among others.
Duncan Nzioka, BSc.
He is The executive director at ECCL. He is a Kenyan national. He possesses a BSc. Environmental Science from Kenyatta University. He possesses a good track record of performance and a rich work experience in environmental social impact assessment/ audits, solid waste management and occupational health and safety management/ audits having worked with Tana and Athi rivers development authority and Nairobi county government. He also has a rich experience in development and implementation of climate change adaptation and mitigation mechanisms.
Josphat Manthi, BSc.
He is a director at ECCL. He is a Kenyan national. Mr. Manthi possess a BSc. Degree in Environmental Science from Kenyatta university. He has a good work experience in environmental social impact assessments/ audits, occupational health and safety management/ audit and waste management having worked with Makueni county government department of environment.

- Atiato Wafula
Dr. Atiato Wafula works as the lead sociologist in all environmental social impact assessment projects and all other projects being undertaken by the company that need the services of a sociologist. He holds a PhD in Sociology from Kenyatta University, a Masters of Arts Sociology and he is a certified public secretary in Kenya. He possesses a rich experience in the provision of consultancy services ranging from environmental social impact assessment, environmental impact assessments among others.
2. Harryson Kyende
Mr. Harryson Kyende works as a consultant with ECCL. He is currently undertaking his PhD in Agricultural Economics from Kenyatta University. He undertook a Masters degree in Agricultural economics and resource management. He possesses a rich work experience in working for government institutions, research institutions, and consultancy services at various capacities.
